Joining a gym shouldn't come with surprises. Every Level Up membership comes with these promises.

There’s no 12-month lock-in. Monthly memberships renew every month until you cancel. Annual prepaid plans are available too, if you’d rather pay once.
Email info@levelupfitness.com, or fill in an e-Cancellation Form at the front desk. Your request needs to reach us by the 15th of the month before your next billing period. The Refund Policy has the full details.
Premium members can freeze for RM30 a month, in whole calendar months. Freezing isn’t available on Xpress memberships.
There’s a one-time joining fee on top of the monthly fee. We’ll go through every fee with you before you sign up, so there are no surprises.
