We are looking for a friendly, organised Assistant Customer Service Administrator to help our gym run smoothly. You will be the welcoming face and helpful hand our members rely on.

What you'll be doing

• Membership management: sign up new members, process cancellations, and clearly explain our membership options and terms.
• Front desk: greet members and guests, manage entry access so only authorised people enter, and handle enquiries efficiently.
• Payments and stock: collect and record payments accurately and manage stock.
• A safe, respectful gym: investigate and report rule infringements, and monitor camera recordings to uphold gym guidelines.
• Member support: help members with enquiries, handle complaints with empathy, and follow through on requests.
• Communication: keep members updated on gym news and membership matters through SMS, WhatsApp and email.
• Facility care: keep the gym and office clean and tidy every day.
• Equipment checks: inspect equipment regularly and report maintenance needs.
• Teamwork: work closely with the team and escalate complex issues to your supervisor.

What you'll bring

• A cheerful, outgoing personality and a genuine smile.
• Confident, fluent spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekday evenings until 10pm, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• An organised, detail-minded and proactive approach.
• A team player who is ready to support colleagues.

Bonus points if you have

• A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Sports Science and Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or admin role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• A genuine interest in health and fitness.
