As a Member Experience Consultant at Level Up Fitness Paradigm Mall, you will drive membership growth and be the warm, welcoming face of our club. You will blend sales performance with genuine hospitality: generating leads, running club tours and looking after our members.

Membership sales and outreach

Prospecting: carry out daily outbound lead generation.
Consultative sales: understand each prospect's health and lifestyle goals and recommend the right membership.
Club tours: guide prospects through engaging tours of our equipment, amenities and community.
Closing: achieve and exceed monthly targets with transparent, honest pricing.
Onboarding: guide new members through registration and terms, app set-up, orientation bookings and their first visits.
Referrals: build referral networks among existing members.
Events: represent the brand at corporate wellness events, roadshows and community gatherings.

Member retention and hospitality

Greet every member and guest with genuine warmth and treat members like family.
Be the main point of contact for member enquiries, feedback and requests across walk-ins, phone, messaging apps and email, and resolve them promptly.
Help organise club social events, wellness challenges and member appreciation activities.

Operations and teamwork

Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately, including sales tracking and stock for retail, merchandise and consumables.
Support teammates across front of house, fitness and operations.
Take on other tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Club Manager.

What we are looking for

1 to 2 years of proven success in direct sales, guest relations, front of house or consultative sales, ideally in hospitality, boutique fitness or lifestyle retail.
A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is considered.
A track record of hitting individual sales targets.
Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages or dialects are an advantage.
Hands-on experience with CRM or membership software, Excel, Word and messaging apps. Canva or AI tools are a plus.
High emotional intelligence, an energetic and approachable personality, and a passion for wellness and fitness.
Able to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
