Ready to take your fitness career to the next level? Level Up Fitness is looking for an experienced Personal Trainer for our Klang Valley flagship at Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya. You will be the heartbeat of our gym floor, transforming lives through great coaching and building the community our members come for, balancing one-to-one training with functional group classes, gym events and activations.

What you'll do

One-to-one coaching: deliver goal-oriented training programmes tailored to each client.
Functional training: lead high-energy functional group classes that challenge and inspire members.
Promotional activations: take part in gym events, roadshows, social media campaigns and floor activations to build awareness and PT leads.
Revenue and retention: hit monthly session targets and grow your client base through active floor engagement.
Member onboarding: run fitness assessments and orientations to help new members get started.

What we are looking for

Experience: 2+ years of active personal training.
Credentials: a valid PT certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA or equivalent) and CPR/AED.
Skills: strong communication and the ability to track your own performance.
Mindset: high-energy, results-oriented and passionate about changing lives.
Open to Malaysian candidates only at this stage.
