Level Up Fitness in Kuching is looking for a motivated, hands-on Club Supervisor to lead daily operations and keep our gyms smooth, professional and member-focused. You will supervise the front desk team, oversee gym operations and hold high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, schedule and supervise the Customer Service Administrator (CSA) team.
• Run weekly team meetings and one-to-one check-ins on performance, morale and goals.
• Monitor facility operations, including cleanliness, equipment checks and safety.
• Make sure sign-ups, cancellations, freeze requests and member concerns are handled properly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, equipment servicing and deliveries.
• Keep accurate POS sales, stock count, maintenance and checklist reports.
• Onboard and mentor new CSAs.
• Act as the first point of escalation for member issues and operational challenges.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Business, Sports Management or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Fitness industry experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving and people skills.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings until 10pm, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable with computers.
• A passion for fitness and developing people is a plus.
